Clive Pritchard is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and qualified in 1972.

Before setting up the practice he worked for 3 of the major estate agencies, as well as a spell working for the US Army.

The practice was formed in 1976 to provide a specialist personal service to prospective house buyers to give impartial advice on condition of buildings and is based on extensive local knowledge, gained with over 40 years experience in the Cheshire area.

Based in Middlewich, we cover all Cheshire and the South Manchester belt, but for certain clients we travel all over Great Britain.

Our emphasis is on Personal Service and we like to discuss clients requirements before any survey is undertaken and normally we talk the results through afterwards, hopefully in a manner which is clear and avoiding some of the jargon and technical terms which inevitably crop up in reports.

We appreciate house buying can be a traumatic exercise in some cases, so we try and take some of that stress away.
